Move Service Error messge cannot be moved to another customer’s

While through Move service.

I initiate the Move service option I got the following error message.

[r6] Error Message: jagansindia.co.in cannot be moved to another customer's account as the associated Domain Registration service is currently under the Money Back period.

What is reason for there error message.

These domain is under the Domain Money Back Guarantee.

After domain Money Back guarantee is ended try it will work perfectly.
