Domain Registration "Order Locked processing error"

While Register Domain if it is through error message like

“Order Locked processing error” and there are two option are there

1)cancel 2)try again

Problem: These error message show that reseller account does not have enough

Fund in there account After add Fund then try again . it will register domain without

any error.
