Flash is browser based components, And is not related to server/hosting or domain name.

If your browser has flash player installed, you can able to view the flash files. Eg. anyname.swf

There are 2 possible reason why your flash is not loading.
1.  The flash file may be corrupted or not uploaded fully.
2.  not properly embedded into the webpage.

so, consult your programmer/designer to resolve the issue.

Kindly note that the flash does not need server based components to run on your local browser.
