1.  Login to whm apnel

2.  Search for List accounts and click it >> you get the list of accounta hosted in that panel

3. Choose a particular account there you will get an option as Package in that click the book mark.

4.  it will list the packages created in that panel >> select the packages and click upgrade/downgrade button
