STEPS TO UPLOAD FILES VIA CPANEL FILE MANAGER:

1.   Login to cpanel using the url >>  http://domainname/cpanel

2. Click FILE MANAGER

3.  Create a file or folder under public_html location

4.  Click the location file or folder where the contents is to be uploaded.

5.  At the top click UPLOAD icon >> browse the location from your local pc and upload it.

6.  After this you can access the url in your browser.
